Policies and Appointment Guidelines

The following is a general list of guidelines of House Call Nail S'Paw LLC's policies and procedures. A full list and agreement must be signed upon booking your appointment. Please be sure you have read and understand all of the following guidelines and policies prior to booking.

Location

Your front porch or open garage

No entry inside homes, backyards, or gated/fenced areas

Apartments meet at the front office where nail trims will be performed

Neighborhood/Apartment gate codes must be provided upon booking

Address

No same day changes, updates or corrections

Addresses sent after booking, please verify

Appointment

Your involvement is optional, but may be necessary or unhelpful depending on your pet

Pet's must be leashed or contained

Ensure that your pet's leash or harness fits properly to prevent escape

Appointments are kept short to prevent anxiety

For food motivated dogs, a peanut butter lick mat is recommended

Payment

Credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal are accepted

No Personal Checks

Cash Tips appreciated 

No Invoicing

Preparation

Pets should eliminate prior to their appointment

Be ready at the porch or garage upon our arrival, we text when we are on our way

We do not ring doorbells or knock on doors to reduce pet excitement and anxiety

Policies

You must be home during your pet's appointment window, +/- 30 minutes 

Recurring appointments recommended every two to four weeks

Appointment adjustments may occur due to route changes

One pet at a time for safety

You must use a personal basket muzzle for dogs who are a bite risk

Cancellation and Liability

Overly stressed, fearful, or aggressive pets' appointments may be cut short; full payment will be due

Aggressive pets may be refused service

You are liable for any damage caused by your pet

House Call Nail S'Paw LLC is not responsible for property damage

24 hour cancelation required or full service fee will be charged

No-show or unprepared clients will be charged full service fee without service

No Entry

For safety and efficiency, we do not enter clients' homes

Please respect this policy and do not ask the Pawdicurist to enter your home, this is uncomfortable for them

Scheduling

Book online or text for appointments

Appointments available when we are in your service area

Schedule recurring appointments a year in advance to guarantee a spot for your pet(s) maintenance

House Call Nail S'Paw LLC Release

House Call Nail S'Paw LLC provides services on a maintenance level. You must agree to keep your pets on a routine maintenance schedule of every four weeks and not to exceed four weeks for the comfort of your pets.
